Kitchen Table Kits ("we", "us") is a brand of Embedded Tek, LLC. By buying or using our products you agree to these terms.
What you're buying
Digital files (spreadsheets and documents) delivered by download. Nothing physical ships.
License
Each purchase is licensed for use in one business. You may edit the files and print what you create with them. You may not resell, share, redistribute or publish the files or modified versions of them.
14-day money-back guarantee
If a product isn't right for you, email support@kitchentablekits.com within 14 days of purchase with your order email and we'll refund you in full. Purchases made on Etsy follow Etsy's order and refund process; message us there.
Updates
When IRS or USDA rates change, we aim to email past buyers an updated file each January at no charge. Updates are a courtesy and not guaranteed forever.
Not professional advice
Our products organize records and produce estimates based on published IRS guidance (including Publication 587) and published rates. They are not tax, legal or accounting advice and may not fit your situation. You are responsible for your filings. Please consult a qualified professional.
No warranty; limitation of liability
Products are provided "as is." To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product.
