Zoë and Nilofer, Co-Founders of Kitchen Table, met while getting their MBAs at Yale.
As graduate students, we witnessed many of our classmates fighting the same battle - fridges full of fresh food that was regularly thrown away due to a lack of time to plan and cook meals from scratch.
So we founded Kitchen Table - to make it easier for people to eat healthier meals at home.
We do this by making frozen plant-based meal kits that are nutritious, filling, and take 30% of the time that it would take to prepare a full meal from scratch. Our kits contain pre-portioned, sliced and diced ingredients that take less than 15 minutes to prepare on the stove.
